8th annual Municipal Law Conference Print

Municipal law experts will explain recent and upcoming changes to the laws governing public records, privacy, conflict of interest, and open meetings, and how they affect government officials.

Keynote speaker David Sullivan, general counsel with the Executive Office for Administration and Finance, will discuss how state agency counsel can be useful resources for their municipal colleagues, due to their accessibility, participation in municipal law events, and access to the municipal law listserv.

The conference is cosponsored by the City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association and the MMA.

Co-chairs of the event are attorneys James Lampke of Lampke & Lampke and Robert Ritchie of the Department of Agricultural Resources.

The fee, which includes written materials, is $225 for MCLE sponsor members, $165 for lawyers admitted to law practice after 2005, pending admittees, and law students, and $245 for all others.
